W.C. Benton imageInternational scholar, professor, author, and developer of state-of-the-art applied business methodologies; W.C. Benton grew up pulling nails out of boards in his family’s construction business. Early on, Benton learned how to estimate and finish concrete while he also delivered newspapers, worked as a golf caddy, repaired bicycles, and otherwise revealed the makings of an entrepreneur extraordinaire and future architect of the American Dream. Over more than 30 years, Benton has become the messenger and life force of a system—movement—to transform minority and women entrepreneurs to viable business organizations that can add value to the highway construction industry. Whether it is educational programs for DBEs or seminars for emerging businesses and entrepreneurs, or compliance for public sector project owners, Dr. Benton is supported by a team of expert subject matter teachers, accountants, engineers; regulatory specialists; and authorities on project delivery systems.

When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
