Linda McHenry has served as Benton & Associates Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Producer for four decades. McHenry designed the DBE and EEO oversight plan for the East End Crossing and then customized it for ORX-1. A subject matter expert on FHWA and DOT regulations, McHenry’s progress reports are applauded for their analysis and content. McHenry graduated from Wellesley College, Wellesley, Massachusetts, and earned her law degree at Indiana University Maurer School, Bloomington. McHenry was formerly an attorney at the Dow Chemical, Midland, Michigan, and later in-house counsel and manager of corporate planning at ITT-O.M. Scott, Marysville, Ohio. In addition to being co-author of Construction Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, McHenry was also a contributor to Benton’s standard text, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
The firm’s chief innovative officer and executive producer is Linda McHenry, Esq. She is an expert on small business development and co-author of Construction Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
Jacqueline Bingham is Benton & Associates Director of Operations. She is a media relations and communications professional with more than 40 years’ experience. A graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College, Owensboro, Kentucky, Bingham earned her MS in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, Bloomington. Bingham is charged with program promotion, facilitation, documentation, and quality control. Over the years Bingham has advised five university presidents and the governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Jacqueline Bingham, MS, is a public relations executive and communications professional with 40 years experience in media relations.
Richard J. Murdock, PhD, CPA, is Professor Emeritus of Accounting and Management Information Systems in the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University and recognized scholar and practitioner in financial accounting.
Dalton McGuire is an engineer and Benton’s area compliance manager on the Louisville Ohio River Bridge, the second largest infrastructure project in the nation.
Fabian Tan, Phd., P.E. is Professor Emeritus of Civil Engineering at the Ohio State University and an authority on construction safety and forensic engineering.
